~*~ How to Play ~*~

Welcome, web surfer!! ~*~ 88x31 cLuB ~*~ is all about collecting, gifting and trading those tiny cute 88×31 buttons from the classic web. Open packs, keep your faves, share the extras, and trade with friends to finish your collection!

» Joining «

Open the free pack on the front page and sign your card with your name. That's it, you're in! You'll get a save code: it's your key back in, so write it down somewhere safe. You can also add a passkey to log in with your fingerprint or face.

» Packs «

You get 2 daily packs every day. Pick 1 button to keep, and you can gift one of the others to a friend!

You can also earn sealed packs (keep 2 of 3) by helping people on the Request Board, finishing sets, and more. Save them for later or give them away. Look out for series packs and the numbered limited packs!

» Buttons «

Every button is numbered, like a trading card: your Lava Lamp might be #12, and nobody else has #12. Buttons come in common, uncommon, rare (limited editions) and ultra (one of a kind!). Some come in a shiny foil, and a lucky few do strange things on screen.

The cLuB's own buttons come in series (Alpha, Beta...), and each series only prints so many copies before it's gone for good.

» Trading & Gifting «

Visit anyone's page to propose a trade or sign their guestbook with a gift. On the Request Board you can wish for a button you're missing, or fill someone else's wish and get a sealed pack as thanks!

» More Fun Stuff «

• Fusion: fuse 3 of the same button into 1 shinier one.
• Sets: collect a whole set to win a special reward button.
• Found a Button? Add old 88x31s from around the web on the Wall of Buttons and get copy #1 with your name on it.
• Your Page: show off your collection, pick a color theme, and collect guestbook messages.

» FAQ «

I lost my save code! Log in with your passkey if you made one, then make a new code. Otherwise there's no way back in, so keep it safe!

Can I buy buttons? Nope! Buttons are just for fun, and can never be bought or sold for real money.

Is it fair? Yep! Every chance is on Fair Play, and every button's history is in the Ledger, where nobody can change it.
